Change the time required for filling up barrels

I suggest to change what is annoying people for.. i don't even know how long; Maybe since very beginning. Filling up a barrel takes forever. I can't be bothered to actually measure the time so will use found data. 3 minutes to dump 20l of liquid (jerry can) into the barrel. 10 canisters make it full. So player needs to waste half an hour to fill the damn thing. I just can't understand why this pain must go on. Simple change needed. 3 minutes to change a monster that devoured hours of peoples lives.
