However, the information below will help you provide the needed details and speed up the process. Several steps in investigation: Router: Your router might have integrated child/parent filtering that you’re not aware of and on some recent update this could’ve triggered. Rules are getting stricter to prevent adolescence from ever-present violence and more so in certain countries. Please, read carefully! DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING UNLESS ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN! It’s not that you can break it, but you might cut yourself off from internet and you can save yourself the trouble to factory reset the router and call your ISP to remedy the missing configuration. Please inspect your home router, where you’ll quite possibly find login information that will allow you access to its management. Usually a sticket with IP address, MAC address, login and password to the management. In case of unsuccessful search or inability to find these login information on the side of the box, use the internet! Search the internet for your router type and manufacturer or attempt to find the box it was purchased in. A leaflet included in the packaging can contain these. (As there’s plenty of types and manufacturers are each are quite different, it is impossible to do a globally universal instruction manual.) Using this information, you should be able, unless login information was changed, to get into your router management providing some details on your home network configuration and option to change it. Navigate through the menus and attempt to find Parental filtering/Child lock and similar menus which would hint on their purpose. Attempt to find any active blockage/filtering or locks, that might reduce access to sensitive information like weapons, nudity and such. Now, there’s two ways to go around it – whitelist or blacklist. So, either, you can remove these active filters, if they are present (eg. Delete this blacklist) or you can explicitly allow our domains (eg. “whitelisting” them). Please, heed the warning at the beginning of this document and only save your changes if absolutely confident you won’t cut yourself off and are changing the correct options in your router. ISP: It is possible, that in your country or your the ISP are blocking certain harmful content automatically and we’ve been, sadly, marked as one due to arms and violence present in our games. Best next step to recommend is to give them a call. As usually, they’ll require you to identify yourself thanks to which they’ll know exactly who and where you are can thanks to information available to them, they could see if any blockage actually took place. Don’t let yourself be turned down – it's your right to have access to what you need on the internet. Often, they disregard such complaints because “it’s just a game” but we all know, that’s not true. If necessary, use your smarts, deceit and cunning to convince them it’s critical for your existence, that it’s part of your job or anything of such importance if they prove unhelpful. It is very unlikely, that your first operator will have access to such information or logs, so request a ticket created for them to have to investigate the issue further. Alternative options how to circumvent this issue or to verify if you're actually experiencing the problem described above, is to attempt to connect via different network, like mobile hotspot. Even hotspot on your wireless through your phone or laptop will work just fine. 0xC0000005 Spoiler This is a generic error at the processor level, indicating faulty memory. Depending on where in the program the memory error occurs, the causes and solutions can vary significantly.
