Able to inspect bodies and see how someone may have died. For example you hold "E" on someone and it comes up with a message saying multiple small gunshot wounds which the player could suspect that they died from an SMG or Pistol. Or a message that says player looks to be malnourished meaning he may have starved. 

I may be wrong in saying this but doesnt the server log all of this so maybe its not too hard to implement. IDK thought it might be an interesting story telling mechanic
