For example you hold "E" on someone and it comes up with a message saying multiple small gunshot wounds which the player could suspect that they died from an SMG or Pistol. Or a message that says player looks to be malnourished meaning he may have starved. I may be wrong in saying this but doesnt the server log all of this so maybe its not too hard to implement.
