add some more info to debug monitor

I want to offer little to expand the ingame debug monitor.

add a line with short server name. i.e. RU3, US6 and etc.

often in search of a server with free slots no time to even remember which came :)

as well as add a line with a timer, how much time has passed since the last server restart. server uptime.

much easier and more informative it will be possible to do bugreporting.
