Can't Access Inventory After Interacting With Any Vehicle

Every time we interact with any vehicle on the server we can no longer access our inventory. We cannot switch anything in our quick bar. We have to relog to be able to access it. Anyone else having this problem and is there anything I can do to solve this? This appeared after this last patch that came out. We did not have this problem before that.
