Im not able to get my server on the community list/public

i have Port Forwarding done correct.(I have a GT-AC5300)

I have Opened the ports in Firewall (changed the port from 2302 to 9825)

Same for the outbound, The server appears on LAN others cant join via lists or ip.
I have gotten it to work at one point but a PC restart broke it again.

The Current ip and port is:192.168.50.13:9825

It looks like this in LAN

Any help is welcomed

the IP address subnet you are showing is not routable 

 

Non-routable IP address ranges as defined by RFC 1918

10.0. 0.0 – 10.255. 255.255 (10.0. 0.0/8)

172.16. 0.0 – 172.31. 255.255 (172.16. 0.0/12)

192.168. 0.0 – 192.168. 255.255 (192.168. 0.0/16)
