S4ROFCHER S 1 Posted April 7 System Specs: Cpu : Ryzen 5 5600 Gpu : Amd RX 6900 XT Ram : 32 GB 3600 Mhz Monitor : 2560x1440 144 hz Storage : SSD 2tb + 1 tb The old frame rate issue on amd cards still occuring. GPU utilization gets so low. FPS drops to 50 - 40 from 150 -120. To reproduce this problem open the game with any amd gpu and just walk in to a city or town.Simply just play the game with any Amd Gpu. My brother has the same problem with Amd 5600 xt Gpu and Ryzen 5 5600 Cpu. This problem was solved with a driver update back in 2021.
