A way to run dayz on lan with out battleye (basically offline use)

Dear DayZ devs..

There is this application I use for playing lan games with the wife on one computer using 2 screens called (Nucleus Co-op)...I can get the game to launch in the program but battleye stops the program from splitting up the controls.. if I disable battleye I cant connect to the lan server I made and am hosting on my computer I get steam ticket authentication fails trying to use the connect parameter..
Any way you guys could make that a thing or am I just hoping and begging up the wrong tree?
