Multilayered Clothing / Weather / Seasons

Hi,

Instead of creating the latet haute cotoure of fancy bag´s, can we have finaly a multilevel of clothing? Like in real, no one wears a thick jacket in winter with just a shirt under. We should be able to wear a shirt (permanent) pullover and a rain jacket, Winter jacket, military patrol jacket etc. So you can wear a poncho or rainjacket for the permanent raining livonia.

Alos i would appreciate if we can have a season system, with realy cold winters, wet autumn, warm sommer and mixed spring. Instead of permanent thunder raining livonia. This would add also to multilayered clothing, special in winter.

And also, a weather system that is way better then the random,, oh it hasnt rained for 5 mins, chances are high enough for the next rain. add some  weather fronts and periods of rain and try, or even hot, so you have a mix from, try to stay warm and try to i need to find water quickly and get rid of the clothes or i die from overheating. and anything in between.
