Download "Arma II Free" and see if you can play it, that will give a good indication on what FPS and graphical settings you can achieve.Looks like you need a new PC though, if you want to play recent PC games. No computer is good enough for this game and everyone will experience some sort of frame drop from time to time.That said, the game is playable with only 15 FPS.
