Losing everything or not?

Hello, i just read that Multplay servers are shutting down in a few weeks, this is my first time experiencing a shut down of a server, am I going to lose everything I have? My base, car, weapons?

I also read this in the announcement: ''Please ensure to transfer all items you wish to keep from Multiplay servers within the next two weeks to avoid any losses'' How can i transfer my stuff to another server?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question I'm new.
