Playstation Official EU DE servers - any differencies?

Hello.

We're playing DayZ with Playstation in Official EU DE servers. We have noticed that there are many different servers to choose from, but does it make any difference which server to choose? Are there any differencies in the server configurations regarding the game play, for example different day-night cycles, amount of rain etc.? Does the server number indicate something (now the server number begin with either 0, 2, 7 or 9)?
