Hello, I advise you to add to the game the disease pneumothorax, which will be caused by a wound to the chest from a firearm and a decompression needle to treat it. In real combat contacts, a wound to the chest and damage to a person’s lungs is almost always accompanied by pneumothorax, which if untimely treatment with a decompression needle entails the death of the lung or the death of the person. a decompression needle is a mandatory item in a soldier’s personal first aid kit.
