What about some kind of crafting system? when you are on your own you are more than likely going to rig up some home made explosives and tools. salvaging old materials to make useful items. what about throwing rocks or fire crackers to create a detraction or to lure zombies to a spot so you can get loot? cooking food/purifying water to survive.

-cooking: hunting animals, making foods and purifying waters

-salvaging: gathering skill - metals/fabrics/empty cans/

-insert crafting name-: making clothing/bags/tents?/explosives/distraction tools/use full home made tools.

-first aid: home made medical supplies/blood packs/sterilizers/survival tools?

what about other storage options like a fanny pack? or an ankle holster?

other flashlights like clip on or head flash lights? spotlights/lanterns

a LFG tag so people know your seeking friends?

im sure zombie loot has already been mentioned before.
