Heavy Lagging in DayZ on Windows 11

Heyho, i want to ask if someone have the problem too that you become heavy unplayable laggs that freezes sometimes the whole system if you play DayZ on Windows 11? If you look to the ground you can "fix" it.

But my second temporary Solution is: Play in Fullmode and not Windowmode to avoid this Problem. I hope this will help some people.

But, do anyone have an another Solution or is this maybe a Windows 11 problem?
