battleye client not responding

i get that message about 10 seconds in to the game.

ive went thought all things people have told me like updating it from the website

i think its my router i have bt home hub 3(infinity) i also have a open reach router that connects to it because of that is anyone else have this problem and have fixed it please let me know how.
