The size of the DayZ interface

Hello, I have an interface that is too big and I don't know how to shrink it. I play at a resolution of 1080x1080 and when I am in the inventory Left and Right part of the inventory cover the middle, because of what I can not let's say take out the magazine from the weapon, and in general remove any dodgers. In the Esc menu I can hardly see the inscriptions on the bottom right, I navigate by memory. Is it possible to somehow change the size of the interface, thank you in advance! (I am writing through a translator, so the sentences may not be spelled correctly.)
