Stuck in a model... What to do?

Hi!
My leg has stuck in the construction and I cannot release it. I cannot sit or stand. I even cannot kill myself. From all the poses works only F5, which doesn't help. I can only rotate around my axis.

Finally, I'm dressed in warm cloth and is full on food and water, so I won't die of starvation fast 🙂

What should I do, please, advice 🙂
