Xbox days clitching

I can’t play Xbox dayz for the last couple of weeks cause my inventory keeps locking or freezing. I am still able to move around map but can’t pick up any items in game nor items I am holding in my inventory. It will allow me to access items for a few minutes after logging in the after a few minutes it stops and won’t allow me. It also seems zombies freeze in place at this time and can’t engage with them. I love the game but since this started 2 weeks ago I can’t play no matter what I try. I have tried different accounts, resets, and more. I don’t know what the issue is. Please help
