How spawn works on stalker server?

Hello 

I'm trying to set up a local server, stalker style. I've already played several Russian versions, but I'm wondering about the mutant respawn system. How does it work? How is it possible that monsters are reborn next to Me and there is almost constant fighting?

Currently I have DayZone Public Map set. I replaced and assigned mutants from the workshop under zombieterritory.xml, although these are only predetermined zones. Is there an option to set it so that monsters spawn dynamically near me?
