having issues

I am trying to use it to mod my server and I download what I need and it loads then stops and never loads in I even left it all night just to hope it loads in so I can mod my server for PS4 so please help me I am still new at this server modding on my server just saying again just in case i downloaded all 3 that is needed to do this but it doesn't work it stops loading at a certain spot and that's not cool i would love to mod my base i got everything and did to all and not working
