Is it possible to implement in-game names on a per-server basis? I am a medic on one server and admin on another as well as a regular player elsewhere, and changing the IGN each time is a nuisance.

That’s not a feature of this game. Nobody’s name is displayed because it’s a hardcore survival game with a limited HUD.

You’re asking about a third-party PC mod.
