Error 0x00040031 (WaitPreloadCamLoginState)

Hello,

i was at my girls apartment in germany the last days and we played a great community server called „VANILLA+“. now we moved to my apartment in switzerland and we cannot connect to this server anymore. i see in the serverlist that the server is running and there are people playing on the server, but i get the error i wrote in the title. i can connect to other servers without problems (community and official), but not this one.

router restart did not help.

how is this possible and what can i do?

the strange thing is, it was striking to us, how well this server was running, altough it is heavily map-modded with new buildings and stuff. we both said its running better than the official servers.. i thought, maybe its not a nitrado server or something… but now i have the suspicion, that the „well running server“ and the fact, that we cannot connect to it here at my home in switzerland are somehow connected… does this make any sense to someone of you maybe?

disconnected my girlfriends playstation, restarted the router and tried only with my ps and my account - same error 🤷🏻 

no problem to connect to other servers.. 🤷🏻
