Server changes

Is it possible to make all servers stand alone from the others? IE each server has its own characters and there is no dayz main server. This would help solve the people logging out and in to kill people, it would decrease load on the primary server and it would in my opinion help the game since people wanting on another server would have to build up there stuff first to establish a living there.
