Body drops gear before dissapearing and timers

It's really annoying that if you find a dead player but you are preoccupied with something else so the body disappears along with all the loot. I highly suggest that the gear should be dropped before the player body disappears at least. Or that the body deletion timer only starts when out of the view of the player and restarts when another player comes across said body.
