Frequency of official server restarts

After the update and deletion to 1.23, the stability problems continue on the official servers, does anyone know why they are not restarting more frequently? to improve performance? thank you

I thought official servers have historically restarted every 3hrs, which is a full day roughly. 2hrs day, 1hr night.

It should be like this, however there are certain hours in which the server has a high load and does not restart every 3 hours,
