when we shoot someone if the projectile exits the other side of the body it should splat a lot of blood on the other side

the mechanic that I would want is that when a player gets shot some blood will exit the other part of the body and if the player doesn't have a wall nearby the blood will fall to the ground, if there is a wall the blood will fall on to the wall, this mechanic it's very realistic so id like to see it in the game
