Would it be worth playing Arma2 for the experience?

Recommended Posts

Like would it improve my day z skills yah think? I'm past the clunky inventory system, got that figured out. But maybe experience with different guns and the map.

i would suggest to try out the different guns available in the map editor. spawn a few targets, spawn a gun of choice (lookup dayz loot cheat sheet on google, and see arma wiki for initialisation commands)

and see which one you like the most. if you want to snipe, definetly try the different sniper guns and see how they work, with zeroing and mildots, bullet drop, impact velocity etc. it really pays off knowing all this when you have to use that knowledge in a dayz operation with a skilled group, and i will bet a skilled sniper is always welcome in groups lfp.

i think the l85 is the most imba weapon in this game.

but i actually prefer akm or m14 for general purpose, because they pack a punch.
