Dayz developer ban

I don't know why my dayz has been banned by the developer, but I haven't found a place to appeal. After communicating with Steam customer service yesterday, I learned that my dayz is not a VAC ban, and I can only appeal my ban here. When I enter the server of the dayz game, I will be prompted that Steam's identity verification has failed and has been banned by the publisher. It is normal for me to go offline the last time, and I haven't logged in to Steam or opened Dazy within 15 days of the ban, Later, when I logged into Steam again and received a ban message, I never understood that my Dayz game would be banned. Can developers see my post here? If you see my post, please help me remove my ban. The game has been playing for 800 hours, and I don't know the meaning of dayz cheating. I am also an innocent player
