Are vehicles enabled by default?

I just set up my server, and I have not seen one vehicle yet. I have checked all spots I know of. Is there somethings I need to do to enable them to spawn?

I tried that numerous times. There is nothing in the .cfg files?

They're on by default. They have a random timer of spawning. It took my server 3 days to finally spawn them once it was online.

As Lith mentions, it can take a few days for the vehicles to appear, and there's nothing you can do to speed up that process, unfortunately.
