Don't use Canyourunit, it's very unreliable and can show you false results.

But to answer your question. You should be able to run DayZ without any problems, your GPU could possibly be to weak to maximize the settings.

As others have said, you can run it but probably on low settings and the FPS might be patchy in places like the larger towns.

Firstly This game is in early Alpha and needs optimization badly (which is happening as time goes by)

That said, No matter how good your computer is you will still encounter low frames from time to time.

and putting settings to LOW is not a good idea, that can actually end up making the game run even worse. I'd let it play out on the default settings and see what frames you get.

The game is entirely playable with only 15 frames. You might as well try setting everything to max and see what that gets you.
