We have "SPAM" tons, but a link is "blocked"?!? (NO PICTURES !)

How is it possible that in this server you can spam tons, but when you want to help someone with a "basic" link it is blocked waiting for an admin ?!?
I'm talking about "Battlemetrics", not some weird "hacking" site.
I don't know which company runs this forum, but try someone else?
And I posted also this without images, otherwise this too was "blocked".
And I have already seen other times that the blockade lasts for many days! And sometimes I even had to "solicit" the intervention...
But is this a way to manage a forum?!?
Do you block the "usual" stuff and allow wild SPAM?!?
