1.22 Update - Ladder Server Hop Glitch Fix?

Hi,

I'm just wondering if the 1.22 patch which stated that the ladder server hop glitch is being fixed has gone live yet on official servers? I can't seem to find much information about it online. Playing on xbox with a group of friends and constantly being harassed by dupers who would ladder glitch into/beside the base and destroy it in a matter of a few minutes.

Furthermore, is there/will there be a server wipe if/when the patch hits?
