Add some variety in vehicle wrecks

I suggest to put some police cars (wrecks or disabled) with some police loot (shotgun, first aid). This could add some variety to the vehicles wrecks and a lil more realism. Obviously those cars will be spawned in big towns.

Forget the wrecks, I want a working police car. "Sir, do you know how fast you we're diagonally chasing that survivor?"
