Spray Painting Cars

I've seen people suggest spray paint for things like leaving messages but a useful idea would also be to spray paint Cars.

Say for instance you get a white or red car and you want to stash it in the woods. Well your white car is going to stick out like a sore thumb amongst the green environment. If you spray paint it Green though, it becomes more camouflaged.

Would that even be possible with Arma's engine?
