DayZ offers lots challenges and to make things harder, many worlds seem to be very low on resources and overrun by infected.

Yes, we like that too. We have hordes of infected and the bears live in our villages. The resources don't just lay around in abundance. Lots of them have been picked up by the locals before you get there. Some are only available for purchase at an auction or on black market.

We don't have a white list and many new travellers don't know the rules. You can be killed as easily as you would be on official servers.

And, to add to that, we are the last standing region that can produce uncontaminated food. We have created an economy that is run by farmers and hunters.

We produce and export, we invent machines and we build custom farms with livestock, beehives and production machines. Yes, all this is on Playstation.

To survive and thrive in this world, you will need to plan, strategize and be really good with counting your in-game money. You will not expect things to just happen your way.

Whether you choose to compete with the others or not (this year's main competition has just started), you are guaranteed to experience Chernarus in a very different way.
