Toothache?

It would be very cool to have a slight chance of getting a toothache. Maybe eating sweets would increase the chance and drinking water after a meal would reduce the chance. Hey why not finding tooth paste? This will give one more use for pliers too 😁

some people cant even bothered to brush their teeth two times a day in real life 😄

i can already see people crying....

If this game had a modicum of realism, I might agree, but... look around... what's "real" about DayZ ?!? Very little. And the worst is that they do everything to make it even more stupid, unreal and arcadey. Rather let's hope they manage to fix something without breaking something else, as happens with almost every patch... For these "detail", let's leave them to the mods, which are the ones that really save this game. 😉
