desync on cutting down trees and bushes

as the title suggests. desync happens almost every time you cut down a tree or bush on xbox one. i’m playing on series x, only workaround i’ve found is logging out. bug is pretty severe can’t change weapons, open doors or anything until logging out and logging back in.

have to log in and out every time i want to have a fire
