Not able to access any comunity server

Hi all, well this is fustrating as hell, my system has been down for 5 months and I just got it back up and running, only to find out that I can not access any comunity servers and the majorityy of them have a very strange name, even worse is whenI find one with athe type of name it is always empty and I am unable to login as I can not conect with the server!!

Also why can I nit insert and screenh=shot/pictures in to this post?
