I Need Help Creating A Random Zombie Horde.

So I'm trying to creat a zombie horde that will spawn randomly on the map at locations that I have selected, thats not activated by player proximity. I want the horde to spawn at only 1 of these locations at any given time with the full amount of zombies spawning at only that location. Once the event time is up it will despawn and then choose randomly from those locations and spawn in again with the full amount of zombies spawning at only that location.

I can get this to work except that when the event activates it divides the amount of zombies to all of the locations instead of putting all the zombies at one location. 

If anyone has an idea on how to make this work correctly it would be greatly appreciated.
