On Dark Isles we are aiming to keep it as simple as possible with no unrealistic mods.

 

DayZ Dark Isles is an Australian based PC server.

 

Our goal is to keep the server based around a difficult survival experience. That will mean there won't be a crazy amount of high tier loot everywhere, still there but harder to acquire. The players who will enjoy this type of server are the ones who want to log in and not know what will be around the next corner. There will be no hand holding like custom spawn locations or an in game map, everything is to be found out in game and Deer Isle is the perfect map for that along with the custom locations i have been regularly adding.

There are also plenty of cool new items in game to find along with some really cool immersive mods to better your player experience on the server.

Any suggestions are welcome.

 

• No in game map (unless found )

• Building fortifications + Vanilla for base building with increased durability.

• More wildlife has been added ie: Dogs / Cats  / Rabbits / Squirrels / More wildlife

• New player animations added

give and take + many emotes

• Sleeping function 

• Doubled stamina to account for Sleep Mod.

• Handmade custom trader.

- There will be no actual traders in game. How i would like the trader to work is to have one small trader settlement on the map where players can leave notes about listings for sale to organize meet ups or to just trade in person.

• Secret locations added around the map.

• 8 Hidden tree house locations, all lockable.

• Better Fishing 

• Apocalyptic style clothing.
