Kyiara 790 Posted August 4, 2023 Hi, to check properly, this is the info we would need: - your public IP (If you are on the same connection via PC or phone, you can check: https://whatsmyip.com/) - your ingame nick - name of the problematic server (one of those you tried) - approximate time you tried to connect We would also need the traceroute - If possible (PC needed) and If you are on the PC on the same connection like your Playstation Start->cmd→tracert (IP of the problematic server - I can provide you with the IP number If you let me know the server you are trying to join) (https://support.n4l.co.nz/s/article/How-to-use-Tracert-Traceroute) Please, send me private message with the mentioned info.
