Server unreachable

Fairly new to the game. As a solo player basebuilding, and loot runs is my happy place. Having been on the same server until out of the blue 0x00010001 rears it's ugly head. Any ideas?

Hi, to check properly, this is the info we would need:

- your public IP (If you are on the same connection via PC or phone, you can check: https://whatsmyip.com/)
- your ingame nick
- name of the problematic server (one of those you tried)
- approximate time you tried to connect

We would also need the traceroute - If possible (PC needed) and If you are on the PC on the same connection like your Playstation
Start->cmd→tracert (IP of the problematic server - I can provide you with the IP number If you let me know the server you are trying to join)
