My Server keeps showing offline to me but NOT to others.

Hi folks,

So I took the plunge and set up a server on my PC. I have set the server up and its up and running on my PC. I can see it on the DZLA Launcher but its always offline. Funny thing is that my friends see it as online and can log in and play. I am now running the server on my laptop and trying to access if from my main PC which is on the same wireless network. I have seen others  running the same setup and can access the game. Please I am reaching out to anyone who could please help me with this.... as its no good having a server running that others can play but I can lol.
