Vanilla raid 5grenade for wood, 10 for metal

Hello everyone,

I'm a community server owner(pc), its a vanilla server.

What im trying to do is to have like a system of raid like so:

you can't damage any fence (wooden\metal) with any gun
5 grenades to destroy wooden fence(only fence not frame)
10 grenades to destroy metal fence(only fence not frame)
once fence i destroyed, the frame is prestine and requires 350 bullet of akm or similar gun to be destroyed

but i have no idea where to start, i'm new to scripting.

Can anyone help ? much appreciated.
