DayZ's launcher can't launch.

When launching the dayz launcher from steam. Gives such an error. Reinstalled the game twice. Updated video card drivers. And did a lot of other things.

Also, the text on the error that the launcher gives out:

Failed to load launcher

An error occurred while initializing the launcher. The launcher will close.

Reason: [-103] Unknown.
