DSutils error! Data file too short

When I try to create a key for the addon, it gives an error: 

Data file too short: 'C:\Users\[user]\Desktop\DAYZMODDING\@IgorirRadioAddon_Kino\Addon\IgorirAddon_Kino.pbo'. Expected -1976755489 B, got -1976755468 B

I tried both restarting the program and repacking the addon and recreating the key - no result

I decided to check the .pbo file and realized that for some unknown reason in 2 out of 4 packages config.cpp it became damaged, and even the PBO Manager could not load them.  And when I decided to replace the damaged file with a normal one using PBO Manager, the program gave me an error that the file could not be read.

Therefore, this is already some kind of addon builder error

Now I tried to process another file this way and got the same error, but the file is fine
