Ammo bug: replenish when converting

I did a little searching and didn't find a bugreport for this so far. Apologies if I missed it, and if it has been reported already. Anyway, here goes;

What happened: Ammo replenishes when converted. In example, take M1911 mag with one bullet. Convert to revolver ammo and back, you got a full mag. I've had this happen since the first days of gameplay, but didn't realize it until yesterday. Works with any convertable ammo I've tried so far.

E: I'd also like to add that when using Mk48 the magazine will refill when you log back in...?
