Hey Everyone,

First post here. So myself and a friend have a rented server (through GTXGaming) and everything was running fine for months, a week or so ago we decided to dial back the number of mods we were using by quite a lot so I reset and wiped the server back to the base game and only applied a handful of mods. Ever since I have done this we both get the same error code "connecting failed x00020009". I have had a look through other reports of this and tried all the solutions people have suggested to no avail, removing all mods and running it as a vanilla server to see if any of the mods were causing the issue, deleting character files, turning off cloud data, connecting through ethernet rather than wifi, hotspotting through my phone, nothing seems to work.

Does anybody have a solution for this issue as currently we are paying out money for a server that is completely unusable for us.
