WOLVERlNES 135 Posted January 16, 2023 I’ve been looking for pliers for nearly a real-life week for base building — but can’t find ANY and have looked all over the map. nemorus 265 Posted January 17, 2023 If you're determined then three options are always available: 1) trade for them with others, 2) raid to get them or 3), do a big trip outside your usual range of activity and check every single building out there. Seen that problem of yours many times over the years; Some people couldn't get something while others were getting that all the time. Especially common thing on hardcore servers. WOLVERlNES 135 Posted January 17, 2023 I’m on Livonia and have been to: Toplin, Bielawa, Lukow, Gliniska, Brena, Sabotka, Kolembrody, Tarnow, Zapa, Borek, Lembork, Karlin, Wrzeszcz, Gieraltow, Lawenda plus every nook and cranny in betwixt. I’ve searched every garage, farm, house, shed, shack, factory and industrial area — all whilst loot cycling items to trigger new spawns. WOLVERlNES 135 Posted January 17, 2023 (edited) All the bases I’ve found have long expired with no loot remaining, just destroyed decay of their former glory. Haven’t been able to trade with anyone as of yet, for the 3 survivors I randomly met and traveled with didn’t have any. nemorus 265 Posted January 17, 2023 Dayz at its finest - when you want something, forget it. You said that all bases that you have found were already withered... Maybe - just maybe - there is more to it. Maybe its a technical problem, something with loot tables. If its unofficial you could always ask owner/admins. But i suspect that its just bad luck. I did find a Cherry of a base in the middle of nowhere, got grid coordinates with map and GPS (I love BI added them to the game, reminds me of land navigation courses in the Army, lol) I have a plastic explosive and detonator, just going to look for another plastic explosive 🧨 Hopefully, they have pliers!
